Bio
Fitness has been an ever developing and key component to my life. Working out and the fitness world collided with mine initially from my exposure to sports. I have been an athlete sine I was in 3rd grade. I spent a majority of my life playing football and wrestling. When I got to high school, I was a 6 sport athlete and had exposure to different fields and areas of training. When my senior year of high school came around I was 265 pounds and extremely upset with how I looked. With my final season of football finished, I knew I had to make a change. It was from there that I began my transformative fitness journey. I went from 265 to 170 pounds by the time I graduated. This journey blazed the path to where I am today.
I had spent a lot of time with running, powerlifting, body building, and circuit training, but It was my Junior year of college where my exposure to CrossFit began. My life mission for as long as I can remember has been to help others. When I found CrossFit I not only found a methodology that I loved and enjoyed, but I found my opportunity to help those around me.
Fitness has changed my life and even more so it’s a significant piece of my life not because of the impact it has on my health, but because of the escape and release it provides me.
I only hope to help others not only see the potential they have in themselves, but to achieve things they never thought they could.
