Exercise has been a part of my life since as long as I can remember. As a child I remember watching my dad workout in the garage and being told the importance of working everyday to continue to be strong and healthy. I started CrossFit on my own for a short time while pursuing becoming a Law Enforcement Officer. I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2014 after seeing the CrossFit Games on T.V. and being amazed by how the athletes could be strong, fast, have good conditioning, and be the total package.
In early 2015 I started attending a CrossFit Pursuit in Coldwater, MI. This is where I fell in love with the style of training and the community aspect that came from a CrossFit gym. Very quickly, I knew I wanted to be a part of coaching CrossFit, and have the ability to show people the power and impact it can have on their life. In early 2017 I began coaching part time at CrossFit Coldwater, and left my job as a Law Enforcement Officer to begin coaching full time in the summer of 2018.
I knew I wanted to bring CrossFit to Angola, my home-town, and in late 2018 the dream became reality! My goal has always been to help improve people’s quality of life through health and fitness. I love being able to help anyone of any level and make a healthier and fitter lifestyle accessible to anyone, and have a FUN time doing it!
