Joyce first got started at CrossFit Angola when she signed up for a nutrition challenge that we were putting on, which was open to the public. 


Afterwards, she joined group classes and began to CRUSH every single health goal that a person can have. 

After losing 60 POUNDS, she was able to find consistency and maintenance, as she’s been within 5 pounds for the last year. 

Losing weight and losing body fat is one thing, but being able to keep it off over a lifetime, using good habits, is where you get the most benefit from nutrition coaching.
