crossfit class
You want to work towards being fit, healthy, looking better naked, and be ready for anything life throws at you… while having fun and getting coached. Our CrossFit Class does this by blending weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning into one powerful hour with high energy and coaching. Every workout is modifiable, so you’ll get a challenge that fits your level– not someone else’s.
individual program design
IPD is the perfect blend of individual attention with freedom and access to the fun atmosphere of the group class. You get assigned a coach and the coach will meet with you to decide your goals, your time constraints, and if you want to workout solo or in the group, and MUCH more. From here, your coach will create your custom programming that will be delivered via an app with video demonstration for each exercise. Members use this option to work on a specific goal, get personal help modifying the class workout to their exact needs, or a completely remote membership. You get a monthly meeting with your coach and 24/7 access to them via the app messaging center. This membership is designed to find your perfect workout plan and routine to maximize your results with guidance from your coach!
Sports performance
Our Sports Performance can be 1-on-1, small groups, or team training by appointment.This program is designed to improve strength, speed, power, coordination, and resilience for young athletes of all backgrounds.Our goal is to build the athletes’ foundation in the gym so they are less prone to injuries and more prepared to compete on the field/court.
personal training (10n1 or semi private)
Looking for focused attention, a custom plan, and flexible training schedule with a coach? Our Personal Training is built specific for you and your goals by your coach who understands where you are starting and where you want to go! Sessions are offered 1-on-1 or semi-private (up to 4 people with 1 coach). Sessions are built around your specific goals and will utilize our movement assessment to address your specific flexibility, mobility, and structural stability needs.
nutrition coaching
Forget crash diets and unsustainable meal plans. Our Nutrition Coaching is rooted in creating healthy habits that are focused on helping you fuel your body in a way that supports your goals and lifestyle. We guide clients through simple steps around nutrition, sleep, hydration, and stress. You will receive check-ins for accountability and frequent InBody scans to track progress and adjust our approach. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or feel more in control of your eating habits, we meet you where you are– just like we do in the gym. Pair our group workouts with Nutrition Coaching for the fast track to your goals!
master crossfit class
You are 60 and over but not ready to slow down! You want to improve functional fitness to stay active, independent, and strong! Our Masters program increases functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility,and coordination in a fun and challenging environment amongst those of a similar age. Whether you want to stay active for your grandkids, travel, or simply feel better in your day to day life, our Masters Class provides a welcoming space with our expert coaches to build strength and confidence.
