Can I tell you someething most gyms will never say?

It’s okay to be nervous. I can still remember the very first day I walked into a CrossFit gym. I haven’t told many people this, but I actually went the night before, after hours, and peaked in the windows to scope it out when no one was there!

Every meaningful thing you’ve ever done in your life- the new job, the hard conversation, the moment you finally put yourself first- you were probably terrified going in.

That is not weakness. That is courage. And it is exactly what everyone feels when starting something new, whether you are not a member at CrossFit Angola but thinking about it, or you are already a member but thinkng about switching to a different membership option that fits your goals and life better.

The people who hesitate are not lazy. They are just scared of trying something personal and coming up short again. They don’t trust themselves to follow through and see the results. They have been let down before- by programs that overpromised, and by coaches who didn’t really see them

Here is what I want you to know- you don’t have to walk in confident. You don’t have to have any clue of what is going on. You just have to walk in or talk with a coach!

We will take it from there.

Every day you wait is another day spend wondering instead of knowing. If you are ready to start, or try something new, or switch memberships, and FINALLY find what works for YOU… this is your sign!

We are always rooting for you.
