ABOUT THE EVENT/COMPETITION
October 21st
This second year for our in house competition. It will be same sex teams of two! It is a beginner friendly competition great for those who want to try out a CrossFit competition for the first time or just want to have some fitness fun and raise some money for a good cause!
We are excited to host this awesome event and can't wait to see you there!
Each team will be competing in 3-4 workouts that will be announced within the coming weeks and the top three teams from each division will earn themselves a prize!
All the proceeds for this event will be going to Riley's Hospital!
